Services are an essential item for continuously available businesses. If appointments occur at discrete times, events are more appropriate. Services can be associated with the people and resources that can serve them. The question group drives the booking questions that the customer will be presented with as part of the journey. There are three types of service:
- Fixed Time - Services where the appointment duration and price increases linearly.
- Variable Time - Services where the appointment duration and price can be defined arbitrarily.
- Day - Services where the appointment duration is single or multiple days.
